Table Grade and Culinary Grade
Table Grade is selected for premium appearance, size consistency and eating quality. Retail and wholesale buyers order Table Grade only.
Culinary Grade is selected for flavour and food-use suitability. It may have visible cosmetic variation and is intended for restaurants, desserts, juices, smoothies and processing.
Size and case count
Each case is a minimum net 5 kg. Indicative counts are Small 24, Medium 20, Large 16 and XL 12. Size preference is not guaranteed and depends on harvest availability.
Arrival, ripening and storage
Mangoes may arrive green and firm. Keep unripe fruit in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate only after the fruit is fully ripe.
Pricing, payment and delivery
Prices are indicative. Allocation, final case weight, GST treatment, delivery cost and timing are confirmed after review. Nothing is payable when you submit the pre-order.
